It's amazing what Your Computer Buddy can do! I made the mistake of using one of those "On Site" services. They were at my house for 2 days.  Thankfully they quoted a flat rate but the time spent on the problem told me they didn't know how to fix the problem. Your Computer Buddy diagnosed a problem the large Box Stores could not! My Keyboard stopped working. Initially on a Big Box Store's recommendation I purchased a new keyboad. When I got home it to would not work! I turned to Your Computer Buddy and he solved the problem.  It was a simple software issue, not hardware.
